Principal's Weekly Update

Hello Ladue Middle School Families, It’s official! Words can’t express how honored I am to have this opportunity to serve the LMS school community as principal. Although, I am new to this role, I am not new to Ladue Middle School. This is my seventeenth year as an administrator in this building and I am just as passionate and committed to this school as I was back in 2000 when I began as an administrative intern. To share a little background, I am o riginally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, I attended the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!) and graduated with a B.S. in Language Arts Education. I moved to St. Louis in 1995 and began my teaching career as a communication arts teacher in the Mehlville School District. During that time, I obtained middle school certification and a M.A. in Education Administration from Maryville University. In 2010, I earned my doctorate in Educational Leadership from St. Louis University. Education is huge in my family. My husband, Dr. Edward M. Johnson
