Good afternoon.I hope the weekend has gone well for you and your families.
As you can probably imagine, many of our students will opt to wear Halloween costumes to school this Friday.This is fine, but we ask the following in addition to our regular dress code expectations: ·No costumes that include masks or any other items that cover the face. ·No costumes that prohibit or impede necessary classroom/learning activities. ·No costumes that advertise or encourage the use of alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances, nor include offensive language. ·No costumes that include weapons (either look-alike or toy) or any weapons-related items.

LMS Ski Club Information

Good morning.

Please note that I just sent out a Blackboard Connect email, with an attachment regarding LMS Ski Club information for this school year.

Please also take note of our request for payments to school in the form of personal checks made out to LMS Ski Club when required.  Other payments, when appropriate, can be made online through the Hidden Valley website.

LMS 6th Grade Party

6th Grade Party The LMS 6th Grade All Class Halloween Party will be held right after school onThursday, October 29,from3:10 pm–4:10 pmin the LMS gym. There will be a DJ, two photo booths (with props), pumpkin decorating and lots of fun!!Late buses will be available for all children.

Good morning.
Congratulations to LMS Green Team student members Ansh Rana and Lou Ritter.The Green Team has been recognized by the Missouri Enviornmental Education Association with an Outstanding Service Award for their work in implementing green practices in our school.Special mention was made regarding the organization of outreach and events, particularly their e-cycling event.Great job Ansh and Lou!
Congratulations to all students who will be receiving honor roll stickers with their quarter 1 report cards.Criteria for recognition was a 3.0 or higher grade point average and 4 or more O's (no I's or U's) for citizenship. Here are  the results for 1st quarter: 6th grade- 169 out or 336 students 7th grade- 146 out of 332 students 8th grade- 151 out of 311 students
