LMS Meet The Teacher Night
Good afternoon.
As I hope you are aware, Meet The Teacher Night is scheduled
for this evening. We will begin with a brief
parent meeting in our Gymnasium, beginning at 6:30 pm. You should have been provided a copy of your
student’s schedule within the last few days (they we asked to take these home).
At the risk being redundant and over-communicating, I want
to include some informational items for your reference that may help:

Parking will be allowed in the Circle Drive, in
the front of our building. There will be
three exceptions to this, marked by orange cones, where we ask cars NOT to park
–
The “blue” painted handicapped
ramps providing access to our sidewalks.
The marked “FIRE LANE” at the side
of our Gymnasium.
The exit leading from the Circle
Drive onto Conway Road (the drive get narrow at this point and cars parked
there prohibit exiting onto Conway).

Parking will be available on our back parking
lot. Access will be available through
our rear Gym doors. We will have
district staff available to help with parking cars in rows at that area this
evening.

We will have a shuttle bus running between LMS
and the South parking lot of LHWHS (the side with the Performing Arts Center),
from 6 to 9 pm, should you need this.
The shuttle bus stop at LMS will be in the area of the Fire Lane, next
to the Gym, indicated above.

Handicapped accessibility to our building is
through our front doors. We have an
elevator to the right of the Lobby, which will go to floor 2R, which is on the
same level as our Gym.

turnout for Meet The Teacher Night is always outstanding. Due to this, and our limited on-campus
parking, I hope the information above helps.
